Training
Step-by-step training will empower Federal Agencies to take full advantage of the ICRAS. The ICRAS team is committed to its smooth and successful implementation. With the variety of training materials available, learning this system will be a snap. ICRAS team also provides classroom "hands-on" training.

System Update
A comprehensive implementation process has been carefully defined and extensively exercised. This ensures that each agency experiences an efficient and effective implementation, and that users have a positive experience with ICRAS. For each software release/update, all pertinent documentation is updated and posted under Service Announcements addressing notes and details of the installation changes.
Help Desk
The ICRAS mailbox will be monitored by several Help Desk staff employees and any ICRAS user may send an email directly to help@paperworkreduction.gov (link available from any ICRAS screen). The mailbox is monitored 24/7 and is staffed on-site from 8:30AM - 5:30PM.
Users are encouraged to offer ICRAS comments or suggestions. Please take a moment to fill out the Change Request Form [DOC - 82 KB] and email to help@paperworkreduction.gov.
The ICRAS Help Desk will analyze requests received and assign the task to the appropriate team lead (maintenance, operations, or development). The tasks are analyzed by the team leads and an estimate for the level of effort and time to complete the task are given to the Help Desk.
