ICRAS Jr. is an external series of Microsoft Excel spreadsheet template files representing the various OMB-required ICR collection forms. They can be completed or edited by both registered ICRAS users or designated non-users. When the spreadsheets have been completed, an ICRAS-ready xml file containing all of the form data can be exported and subsequently uploaded by any registered ICRAS user into the main ICRAS system for submission to OMB.
